Hour One - The QUIZ – A potpourri of the hottest topics in legal malpractice and ethics, and what you need to know to protect yourself from novel malpractice risks and ethics complaints.
Hour Two – A look at Rules 4-1.18, 4-1.9, 4-1.10, 4-1.8, and 4-1.7 and how these Rules of Professional Conduct establish limits on lawyers' conduct and control of the attorney-client relationship in often surprising and unexpected ways.
Hour Three - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Defining the Problem and Finding Solutions - This program will review the state of diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession and provide resources to help lawyers and law firms find positive, workable solutions for their offices.
