The Bar Plan Insurance Agency was established in December of 1994 to service and sell Lawyers� Professional Liability Insurance and other attorney-related products on a direct basis as well as through independent agents.
Through the services of our captive agents and account representative, The Bar Plan Insurance Agency offers Business Owners Insurance for Lawyers, along with Workers Compensation, Commercial Automobile, Commercial Crime and ERISA coverages in Missouri and Kansas (underwritten by The Hartford) and it administers the Missouri Bar Life Insurance Program (underwritten by ING/ReliaStar).
