The Bar Plan offers a premium payment plan, which provides a convenient way for you to finance your professional liability insurance policy. The plan requires an initial 30% down payment with a maximum of seven (7) monthly payments thereafter. A service fee of 3.35% is applied to the initial amount financed. The first payment is due approximately 60 days after the policy is issued or the effective date of the policy, whichever is greater. Invoices are mailed on the first day of the month and payable on the 15th day of the month. A $5.00 service fee is applied to late payments.
