- Member of The Missouri Bar.
- Spouse of a Member of The Missouri Bar (Member does not need to have coverage for the Spouse of a Member to apply).
- Employee of a Member of The Missouri Bar.
- Spouse of Employee of a Member of The Missouri Bar (as a Rider on the Employee's coverage).
- Dependent Children (as a Rider on the Member, Member Spouse or Employee’s coverage).
Some applicants may be required to have a medical exam in order to apply for coverage.
